1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using CabinCrewCareer you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

CabinCrewCareer provides English practice assessments and AI feedback for aspiring cabin crew. Content is educational and does not guarantee employment with any airline. We are an independent platform not affiliated with any airline.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Tokens and purchases

  • Free accounts receive a limited practice allowance.
  • Success Pack purchases grant one-time practice tokens plus premium features.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our content.
  • Do not use the service to harass others or to violate any law.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or reverse engineer the platform.

6. AI feedback

AI-generated feedback is provided for practice purposes and may contain errors. Use your judgment and do not rely on it as professional advice.

7. Intellectual property

All practice content, questions, and platform code are owned by CabinCrewCareer or its licensors. Airline names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CabinCrewCareer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
